Import procedure

- Customer(consignee) fax related document to Customer Service of import department of Shanghai Xingshi/Sanshi. Indicating specific request such as customs clearance, delivery. After receiving the confirmation from CS, client express the complete and authentic documents to Shanghai Xingshi/Sanshi.
- The CS apply to import manager upon receiving fax. After checking, CS shall make necessary documents and arrange B/L exchange.
As CS is the operation center, she shall synthesize information from all aspects, put forward solution and keep connection with customer anytime. Completing a whole operation, CS shall analyze her service and bring up new way to raise customer satisfaction based on their request.
- The import manager shall concern the procedure through operation. Make advice and apply to general manager when necessary.
- Arrange B/L exchange.
- make B/E, check documents and make inspection pre-entering.
- Arrange documents of step 4 and 5, deliver them to site operator to do pre-entering, port clearance, levy, customs inspection, cargo release.
- In compliance with proceeding and delivery request, CS contact related harbor, arrange trucker to deliver the cargo.

Export procedure

- Customer (consignee) fax related document to Customer Service of export department of Shanghai Sanshi Freight Agent Co., Ltd. Indicating specific request such as customs clearance, lading. After receiving the confirmation from CS, client express the complete and authentic documents to Shanghai Sanshi Freight Agent Co., Ltd.
- The CS apply to export manager upon receiving fax. After checking, CS shall make necessary documents and arrange site operator booking to the carrier, take back dock receipt. Express all documents to site operator.

- The export manager shall concern the procedure through operation. Make advice when necessary.
- Arrange site operator booking to the carrier. Take back dock receipt.
- Make complete export documents and inspection pre-entering.
- Arrange documents of step 4 and 5, deliver them to site operator to do pre-entering, port clearance site operator shall return necessary document to CS upon clearance.
- In compliance with sailing schedule, customs clearance proceeding, produce condition of customer, arrange trucker to lade cargo at factory.
